Rural properties often have more than one roof: the house, a shop, a barn or a carport. Ask for each roof to be quoted separately, or as one job with a clear scope.
Trees close to the roof
Larger lots usually mean larger trees. Needles and leaves load the roof and gutters, and shade keeps moss going. Trimming is the best long-term prevention. See prevention.
